Delivery

Free standard delivery across SA, VIC, NSW and ACT

No minimum spend. If you're in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales or the ACT, standard delivery is free on all orders within our standard-service areas.

A small number of remote postcodes and island destinations are excluded from our standard delivery rates.

Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory are further from our Adelaide warehouse, so those orders carry a flat rate by product type. For most orders, you'll see the delivery amount at checkout before you pay.

Rates shown apply to one item or product set. For orders containing multiple items, delivery is calculated based on the items in your order, with the total shown at checkout before you pay.

Our rates are set for typical household order sizes. If you're ordering a larger quantity than usual, we may need to contact you with an individual delivery quote before dispatch.

Remote areas and islands. Some remote postcodes and island destinations can't be serviced at our standard rates.

For some remote postcodes and island destinations, the delivery rate shown at checkout may not apply. If your address falls into one of these areas, we'll contact you before dispatch with a delivery quote. You can choose to proceed with the updated rate or receive a full refund. We won't charge anything further without your approval.

If you're unsure, send us your postcode before ordering and we'll confirm the cost.

How long it takes

Two things make up the total time, and they're separate.

Dispatch takes 2 to 3 business days. That's how long we take to pack your order and hand it to the carrier.

Transit starts once the carrier collects it. Typical transit times are:

Destination Business days
Adelaide metro 1 to 2
Melbourne metro 1 to 3
Sydney and Canberra metro 2 to 4
Brisbane metro 3 to 5
Darwin metro 4 to 7
Perth metro 4 to 6
Hobart and Launceston 5 to 8
Regional areas Allow additional time

Delivery times are a guide and may vary depending on carrier volumes, weather, road conditions and your exact delivery location. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

If you need your furniture by a particular date, get in touch before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.

What to expect on delivery day

Delivery is kerbside. Your furniture arrives boxed, to the front of your address. Our carriers don't carry items inside, up stairs, or into a particular room.

Someone should be there. If nobody's home the carrier may leave your order at the address, or return it to the depot for redelivery. Redelivery fees may apply.

Have a second pair of hands ready. Some of our cartons are up to 1.7 metres long and around 40 kilograms. That's a two-person lift, and worth planning for if you're above ground level.

Everything ships flat-packed and needs assembling. Our tables and chairs arrive in cartons for you to put together, and the Legato arrives compressed. Assembly isn't included, and neither is removing the packaging afterwards.

A little planning beforehand makes delivery day much easier.

Before you order

Measure your doorways, hallways, corners, lifts and stairwells.

Every product page lists both assembled and carton dimensions. Check against the carton, not the finished piece. Our cartons are long and flat, so they usually clear a doorway turned on edge, but tight corners and small lifts are where people get caught out.

Not sure whether something will fit? Send us your measurements before ordering and we'll help you check.

If something arrives damaged

Have a look at your delivery before you start assembling anything.

If you spot transit damage, please let us know within 48 hours where possible, with photos of both the damage and the outer carton. Reporting it promptly helps us lodge a freight claim and resolve the issue sooner.

If the damage isn't visible until later, get in touch as soon as you notice it. Our 48-hour reporting request doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where we deliver

We deliver to most Australian addresses by road freight. A small number of remote postcodes and island destinations fall outside our carriers' standard networks and may require an individual quote or may not be serviceable. If you're unsure, send us your postcode before ordering.

We currently don't deliver internationally.
